1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of product:
    • Unused and in original condition.
    • In original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase: Order confirmation email or receipt is required.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (herbal medicines, food items, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary products (undergarments, innerwear)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale or discounted items

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items during delivery
  • Wrong item sent

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via Voucher. Which can be used for Shopping on our website.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to change of mind or ordering the wrong item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
